With your GP

• If you are unable to attend your appointment, please cancel it as soon as possible.

• Up to 12 hours in advance via the link in your personal confirmation email from the online calendar (you will need to create a profile for this) or

• by telephone on 02/891.77.27​ ​

This will make the slots available for other patients.​

• Please note: if you fail to cancel an appointment three times, we will unfortunately no longer be able to provide you with GP care and will ask you to find another GP.

For psychotherapy counselling

• via text message or by telephone to Eva de Vleminck

• via the link in your personal confirmation email from the online calendar (you will need to create a profile for this) or by telephone to Dr Dietrich

• at least 48 hours before the appointment

• if an appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours beforehand, a € 35 fee will be charged

• if an appointment is NOT cancelled we ask for payment of the full amount for a therapy session
