CERTIFICATES​

• Absence certificates, sports certificates and other requested attests will be issued only during a consultation.

 

PRESCREPTIONS

• Medication and chronic medication will be prescribed or renewed only during a consultation.

We ask you to come in for a consultation because the renewal of chronic medication must be done carefully: Is the medication still necessary? Is the dose correct? Are there any side effects? These are all aspects that we will check.

Tip: You can also book a short (10-minute) appointment to have a certificate issued or medication renewed.
