I am Alessio (he/him), born in Brussels and I studied medicine in Ghent.

 

During my studies, I was involved in projects on making healthcare accessible, inequalities, psychosocial issues, diversity and inclusiveness. These are also themes I will take with me into my further career.
I successfully completed my training in June 2024, and now I am ready to deepen and specialise in family medicine. As GP in training, I am a full-qualified doctor with the necessary accreditation, but there is a focus on learning. This means that in practice, I can always rely on the expertise and experience of the other GPs when needed. 
So you can come to me for consultations where the focus is on you as a patient and person, looking beyond the medical.
